Danica earned her undergraduate degree in Calgary, Alberta, majoring in Computer Science and Engineering. She then attended Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto, Ontario, where she obtained her Juris Doctor.
Danica’s practice is multi-faceted, reflecting her numerous years of experience in several areas of law. She has a focus in Family Law, having successfully handled many cases involving divorce and separation, child support, parenting, spousal support, and family violence restraining orders.
In addition, Danica regularly litigates civil matters, for both plaintiffs and defendants, at every stage of the process. She also provides quality, efficient legal services for real estate transactions, estate planning, and immigration and personal injury matters.
Danica believes that mediation and negotiation is a beneficial process for dispute resolution, often the best way of achieving a balanced and meaningful outcome. In circumstances where a negotiated resolution is not reasonably attainable, Danica vigorously advocates for her clients before the Provincial Court of Alberta, Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, the Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and the Immigration Appeal Tribunal.
In every legal matter, Danica brings a wealth of insight into the issues at hand, using her knowledge and experience to achieve her clients’ goals. Her strong sense of empathy and understanding helps to make the process as smooth as possible for her clients. Albert holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Calgary and was awarded a JD with first class distinction, from Bond University, Gold Coast.
Naturally inquisitive and methodical, Albert combines strong analytical skills with an understanding of the needs and motivations of his clients.
Albert makes regular appearances before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta representing clients on civil, criminal and appellate matters.
